SweGaN, a provider of GaN-on-SiC epitaxial wafers, has secured multiple commercial orders from customers in Europe, Asia, and the United States.<\/p>\n
The orders are worth approximately USD 2.7 million and will support applications including power devices for data centers and RF devices for defense, aerospace, and telecommunications.<\/p>\n
These orders represent one example of SweGaN\u2019s GaN-on-SiC technology being adopted in commercial projects for next-generation power and RF device applications. We will continue to support our customers\u2019 next-generation device development through SweGaN\u2019s advanced technology solutions.<\/p>\n
