ISPSD is the world&#8217;s leading international conference on power semiconductor and IC technologies. It is highly regarded by both academia and industry as a forum for presenting the latest research results and technology trends. At our booth, we will present the latest solutions from Aehr, a leading manufacturer of burn-in equipment for SiC, GaN, and other wide bandgap semiconductors. We will also participate in the \u201cIndustrial Session\u201d which will take place on Sunday, June 1, at 5:00 p.m. During this session, we will give a presentation introducing Aehr&#8217;s products and services.
