FLAMMATEC, Spol.s.r.o. (Czech Republic)

Established in 2008 with investment from Glass Service, FLAMMATEC specializes in burners for glass melting furnaces.
They manufacture burners suitable for various regenerative furnaces. FLAMMATEC Germany GmbH offers burners compatible with all types of regenerative furnaces, including end port and side port types. Burners installed in under-port or side-port positions produce high luminosity flames. They are suitable for oil, gas and dual fuel systems where excellent heat transfer and low NOx emissions are required.

MOTIM (Hungary)

MOTIM is a globally recognised manufacturer of fused cast refractories. Their products are mainly used in the glass, ceramics and steel industries, especially in reheating furnaces. Established in 1971, They are a specialist manufacturer of semiconductor wafer polishing and grinding equipment. EpiQuest Corporation specializes in epitaxial technology and provides KOH etch systems that are particularly suitable for processing SiC wafers. They also have extensive experience in the design and manufacture of MBE and MOCVD systems.
KOH Etch System (ETC-8001CE): EpiQuest's KOH Etch System can safely and automatically perform high temperature etch processes to expose etch pits on SiC and GaN wafers. The system automates all steps of the etching process and can be operated without direct human contact, making it safe and easy to maintain.

Nidec Corporation

Nidec Corporation was established in 1971 in Aichi Prefecture. The company has developed its business in the three fields of medicine, ophthalmic instruments and coatings, and in recent years has been providing precision interferometer technology for semiconductor wafer flatness measurement. In particular, the FT-900 series provides high precision flatness measurement for a wide range of wafer materials including silicon, SiC, GaN and sapphire.
