Ceramic Forum Co., Ltd. will exhibit at the KIEEME 2026 Summer Conference, held from June 24 to June 26, 2026, at BEXCO Convention Hall in Busan, Korea.

KIEEME is a Korean academic conference for researchers, universities, research institutes, and companies working in electrical and electronic materials, related devices, semiconductor materials, and evaluation technologies.

At our booth, we will introduce our products and services for semiconductor material evaluation, with a focus on wide-bandgap materials such as SiC, GaN, and Ga₂O₃.

Our planned exhibit topics include:

• DLTS measurement services
• Hall effect measurement systems
• Defect analysis, material characterization, and analytical services for semiconductor and electronic materials
• Evaluation support for SiC, GaN, Ga₂O₃, Si, GaAs, and MOS/MIS interface structures
