SweGaN, a provider of GaN-on-SiC epitaxial wafers, has secured multiple commercial orders from customers in Europe, Asia, and the United States.

The orders are worth approximately USD 2.7 million and will support applications including power devices for data centers and RF devices for defense, aerospace, and telecommunications.

These orders represent one example of SweGaN’s GaN-on-SiC technology being adopted in commercial projects for next-generation power and RF device applications. We will continue to support our customers’ next-generation device development through SweGaN’s advanced technology solutions.
