We have been supplying SiCrystal's SiC bulk wafers since 2001.
Manufactured using the sublimation method, SiCrystal's wafers have an excellent track record in mass production compared to those of other companies.
Thanks to their high reliability, they have been adopted by many manufacturers, including Rohm for use in their SiC devices.
They are available in both mass production and R&D grades, so users can select the most suitable option based on their intended use and required specifications.

SiCrystal AG(Rohm Group) – Nuremberg, Germany
They are the largest manufacturer of SiC single-crystal wafers in Europe.
It was established in 1997, based on the national SiC crystal growth technology development project that began in Germany in 1994.
It started mass production and supply of SiC wafers in 2001.
It merged with the Freitronics division of the Siemens Group in 2000 and joined the Rohm Group in 2009.
Lattice
We started working with Lattice to handle SiC bulk wafers in 2024.
Lattice was the first company in China to grow SiC substrates using the liquid-phase method.Its liquid-phase crystal growth technology is recognized as world-class.
